I'm very proud of myself. I actually am meeting tonight with Any Time Fitness here in town. Hopefully going to get a membership so I can start working out. Hopefully lose weight. That is my new years dream is to atleast lose 50 pounds in 2009. :)
We also have a doctor's appointment on Friday. Our doctor wants to go through Darrin's sperm test. She wants to see my charting of my cycle that I have been doing.
I'm very excited!!! Hopefully things will go well. I will keep everyone updated. I hope everyone has a good Thanksgiving.

The doctor appointment went okay. Found out Darrin has some problems.
They tested his sperm. He has been producing 1 million instead of 20 million. That was a bummer. He has to quite smoking and drinking pop. LOL. Thank goodness. :) I hate when he smokes.
I found out that I'm not producing cervical mucus. Cervical mucus is what sperm need to have to survive. Its a bummer. The doctor said she could live me some mucus inhancers. She wants me to start coming in so that she can test my estrogen, ect.
Its a bummer but what do you do??? I guess keep your head up thats it.
The doctor said it would probably take a year before we get pregnant just do with all the stuff that is in the way.

Thats a bummer :-(. But it doesn't sound like a show stopper, sounds like it can still happen just will take a little work. Good Luck. And look at the bright side no more smoking.

Some things that may help your cervical mucus are increasing your water intake (8-10 8oz glasses a day) and trying Mucinex/Guaifenesin, which thins secretions.
Good luck!
