Stuffing. My mom has the HARDEST time trying to keep all of our hands out of the stuffing before it gets to the table. My 3 siblings and I all have a little bread addiction...!
But I second the "what DON'T I like?"

Hehe, I thought of posting this very same topic. My favorite is green bean cassarole. I looooove it. And then, I love my grandma's sugar cookies and lefse. I would really like to learn how to make lefse, that stuff is soo tasty.

I love turkey and mashed potatoes and my mom makes these really good rolls; the honey ham is good too. There is not really a special dessert that I like; I don't care for the typical pumpkin or sweet potato pies. We usually have apple for me :)

During Christmas there is usually cookies (not any we couldn't get any other time though) and my dad use to make fudge, but he has diabetes now, so we haven't had that in a while.

I love turkey and stuffing (here in PA Dutch country we call it filling) and my grandma makes the BEST sweet potato casserole. And wanna know something funny - I HATE sweet potatoes!

I really like those cookies my mom made when growing up in Germany. even though I am all grown up (still a kid inside at times...:)) she still sends them to me all the way from Germany every single year.

The first time she did this she send them a month ahead of time and choose the cheapest shipping method. The cookies were on a hip for about 3 weeks and when they arrived there were only crumbs in a box.

I haven't gotten the cookies yet. Let's hope that she will be sending them via air fright...

They are a chocolate walnut type, and have a little bit of a orange jelly glaze. Maybe one of those days I will attempt to bake them together with my girlfriend... :)

Depends on the holiday. Hamantashens for Purim. Latkes for Chanukah. Matzo Ball soup for Passover. Apples and Honey for Rosh Hashanah.

My favorite holiday food of all time, hands down, is home-made, from scratch, came-from-a-bird turkey gravy. Because in my life, just about the only time I get to have it is when we roast a turkey, and that only happens a few times a year. I just don't have time anymore to make a turkey except on special occasions.

Man, there's just something about that rich, flavorful, satiny smooth gravy that makes me break any and all diets. It's insanely good.

Packet gravy just doesn't cut it.
