I'm totally not the bragging type but I must share with you my fun experience! My diamond and setting & band are all from The Shane Company. My diamond is a brilliant cut shane classic, which means it's cut "perfectly." Yesterday, I took my e-ring in for its 1st 6 month “check-up”. The guy helping me got out the loupe, held up my ring and COULDN'T find the inclusions. He looked for about 5 minutes and then said he would need a manager to look at it. As most of you know, the inclusions are the "birthmarks" in the diamond that make it unique. They have to be able to find them to identify your diamond. So they take my ring in the back. I wait about 10 minutes before 5 associates come rushing out. They were like "oh my gosh, we're all just admiring your amazing diamond." They went on and on about how my hunny did such a good job picking it and how they rarely see diamonds like mine. They finally found it’s “birthmark”, but it took 5 pairs of eyes! I couldn't help but blush a little as I made my way to the door. It was soooo cool to have these diamond gurus who deal with diamonds all day long, be so taken back by my lil’ stone. Again, sorry to brag but I was so excited about it I just had to share!!!
