I see numbers. Lots and lots number. I'll be doing data entry in my sleep. That's all they had me doing today. I did one type of entry and by the end of the day, I rocked it.

My new job is way different than my last one. Definitely a different environment. My mom asked if she needed to worry I was going to get firebombed, which I kind of laughed at, until one of the legal secretaries came in and said the client she was just talking to wished our entire office the worst effing Christmas ever. Aaaaahhh!

There was also good news and bad news. The bad news is that I only get Christmas Day and New year's day off, so my time with FH when he's here will be cut almost in half. Bummer deal. He's not going to be happy about that but he new that was possible because we were hoping I had a new job by then. The good news is that I get the day after Thanksgiving off, so I can go shopping with my mommy! She was really looking forward to it.

Well now I'm off to a celebration dinner with my best friend and her husband. They want to hear all my stories and I do have a few. :winktongue:

Glad you had a good first day!!!

If it makes you feel any better, I technically don't get Christmas Eve and New Years Eve off either. I usually take vacation time or on NYE this past year, I actually worked. We had a lot of year end stuff to do.

Hehe. Your post makes me laugh because I deal with numbers all day. For months on end all I was doing was making spreadsheets. I like it though. Hope everything with your job goes well even with less time off for the holidays.

Yea, I work in my sleep all the time, but I have a pretty stressful job. Hey, it could be worse, I get to work until 11pm on Christmas Eve and New Years Eve!

LOL.... That happens to me, whenever I have to learn something new that is repetitious. For awhile, I answered emails for our company websites (7 sites total). I had to log each email as a specific email type, respond to the email, then close it. Well, I was dreaming of logging emails and closing them.... then I'd even wake up my hubby talking about it in my sleep! He said I was teaching someone how to do it in my sleep - UG! that so meant it was time to move on.

I have since moved on to Technical Editor, and I dream words and numbers and car parts. I'm sooooo bad about turning off my mind when I go to sleep :urgh:

I know all about working in my sleep.

I changed the Sheet and Duvet cover on the bed while asleep. And DH was still laying there. :bbeek: How i managed to change the sheet without waking Him up i still don't know lol.

We woke the next morning to find a different colour Duvet cover from the Pillowslips. So i knew i had been asleep.

Being a Hotel Housekeeper. I know it's a mortal sin to have mis-matched bedding
