Let's post our invitations!

We've done the wedding dress and the bridesmaids dresses. Now let's post our invitations we've selected, are going to select, or some that we just like.

Here is mine. Instead of the taupe color, the lining of the envelope will be red. The letters will also be in red. I am also going to have glittery vellum over it and a red ribbon tied on top to attach it.

Mine are called Lavendar Sparkle. They have little silver specs all throughout them. They are beautiful!

These are our invites. I made them myself. Just below the word Love on the inside top I stamped with a gold cowboy boot stamp.

Hey Gweny! We have the same saying on our invites. Mine might be a little blurry but these are them! I had quite a few left overs! lol We didn't want to run out! :wink:

WOuld it be worng to not post my last name on the invites?? I have all but denounced it due to my father's family, and don't want to look back when I am no longer a 'pruett'. Would it be wrong for me to ony have my name printed as "Heather D'Nai"?

No, I have seen them just like that, Heather, with just the first and middle name. You do whatever makes you happy, they are YOUR invitations!!:D

Thanks Karen, I just didn't know if that was a normal thing. I didn't use my father's last name as I was growing up, and only used it after I turned 18 for legalities. I just never changed it, but I have NEVER been pround of the name. Pitty, huh??
