help deciding on bridesmaid dresses

Hi everyone,
I went shopping for bridesmaid's dresses this weekend and so far we found a few that we all agree on, but the problem now is which one. so was just wonder which one you all liked best maybe that will help me decide.

They are all nice; the longer one has a more formal feel ... I just don't like the sash thing on that particular one. I guess I like the 1st one if I had to wear it; is it strapless or with spaghetti straps like the 2nd one?

I guess it depends on what you and the girls want. Are they all in the same price range?

i believe they are all strapless but do come with spaghetti straps that you can add onto them except for the second one, that one has the spaghetti straps attached. and as far as price range they are all fairly close. The two out of three bridesmaids that I took with me to look at dresses both loved all of these dresses so that is what makes it so hard to decide.

Well if you want a more formal look and feel (your dress looks pretty formal to me with all the detailing) then I would go with the longer dress in whatever your color is.

was thinking after I posted the four dresses and I am going to add a fifth dress onto it. I LOVE this dress and it looked great on the bridesmaids I brought with me but one complained she didnt like it because it reminded her of her grad dress, (she is the youngest of my bridesmaids, she is 22 where as the rest of my bridesmaids and myself are in our 30's)

I think i like Dress 3 better. Just b/c its all flowy like.

4 would be my choice, because it will look very nice with all of your bridesmaids standing next to you in complimentary dresses..All of them are beautiful..

2 is nice..but it seems to flowy (if that makes sense) compared to your gown..:grinhappy:

I would go with #4 even though I like #5 best. This is because you want all your bridesmaids to like the dress you choose.

Just a thought in case you haven't decided yet. If any of your BMs are bottom heavy or hippy #s 2&3 are probably not the most flattering for them. Flowy &/or silky fabrics tend to cling and hang to those places in a not so flattering way. (I know of what I speak here:snide:)

I like the first long one, the fabric looks more luxe. The other long one is nice but it also looks like it could look wrinkly after a while. The first long one reminds of someone floating with angel like grace. Also the fabric on the first long one would be more forgiving on an imperfect figure.
