Well my first thought was I was going to take all my bridesmaids to David's Bridal and hoped they'd agree on a dress. Then I thought it would be better if they only had to battle it out over a few pre-approved dresses. So I came up with some I like and just wanted to know which were the most popular.

o dont know- im a fan of longer bridesmaids dresses - anything above the knee can make some uncomfortable.. im like that-- so i would say number 2- the long one.. and then the last one (that is just below the knee) however, the last one has a little bit of a funny top.. while its stylish- a large chest can feel restrained in that- i have a large chest and i own a dress with that high top and it SQUISHES my girls :)

I voted for the last one, but I'm a little biased because that's the one my BM's are wearing. I let them choose between your first and fourth, and it was a 4 to 1 vote for the last one. I'm not a huge fan of strapless dresses because unless the fit is PERFECT it's going to slide and then they'll be tugging on it, and that can be REALLY distracting.

I vote number, with number 1 as a second choice. Not a huge fan of the other two.

I'm back with a word of explanation about how I feel about each dress. These dresses were chosen because they can be worn with a sash. I want the girls to be wearing a canary yellow sash with the dress.
I love the top of number 1 best. Personally, the dress I want to wear has a halter. I totally agree about the sliding thing.
Number 2 has the desired length. I really want my girls to be wearing floor length dresses. Because whoever said that a short dress would make some uncomfortable is right.
Number 3 is probably my least favorite of the bunch. I don't like the top or the length, but I threw it in because it works with the sash.
Number 4 comes in right in front of number 3. I don't really like the length and I agree the top can make ones bigger in the boob feel restrained. But it's not sleeveless and it works with the sash.

That's probably true--not good for bigger chested girls. I guess it attracts me because I've got a, um ... "athletic" chest (aka not too much there!) ;)

I say the long one, based on length alone.

What about something like the separates at david's bridal - you can get a long skirt with a halter top and it still looks good with the sash?

I voted for the fourth because I always wanted a BM dress like that one instead of the breast-melon halter-tops and frowsy crew-neck tops that I constantly got stuck wearing.

I like the second one, but I am partial to floor length dresses.
