So I got a kick out of reading the "he freaks me out when..." thread, but I thought it'd be fun to do the opposite. SO this is a "I love it when he...." thread, to counteract the other one!

I find when a "good" thread come up, people tend to be more general, and when "bad" threads come up we can be more specific about what drives us crazy! So I think it'd be sweeter to think of more specifics like in the other thread, rather than general since it's easy to say "I love it that he tells me that I'm beautiful" but might be more specific to your man and "awww" worthy to say "I love it when I wear this certain outfit/hairstyle/makeup he looks at me and can't help blurting out how amazing and beautiful I look" :)

I think it's adorable and I love it when we're sitting anywhere that is "bench like" (car seat, actual bench, couch" and I'm sitting a normal human distance away from him, he'll put his arm around me to my hip/thigh and scooch me close to him until we're touching. I think it's adorable, and he obviously only does it in the appropriate situations. :)

I also love that anytime I call him when he's in a meeting, or in class and can't pick up, he'll immediately text me to make sure it's not urgent. It's a little thing, but I think it's so sweet!

One more thing! Anytime I got lost or turned around I know I can call him and he can always get me out of any situation where I can't figure out where the heck I am. And he never complains no matter how often I've interrupted something - he literally has stopped xbox live games, been in the middle of a shower, and while on another phone call. And he never gives even an inkling that it bothers him.

I love it when he's Eddie.... there's a nice general one, haha. Hmmm let's see...

I love when he's got just a bit of stubble. It really brings out his eyes, which are about the prettiest eyes I've seen on a guy... even thought that before we started dating, hehe.

I love when he comes and lays in bed with me when he gets home from work (around the time I wake up, usually), and chats and acts goofy with me.

I shall, perhaps, be back with more.

I love when FH and I are out on the bike and we're at a light and he wraps his arm around my leg and asks me if I'm okay. Or if it's been kind of a cold ride, he rub my legs to keep them warm.

I love it when DH makes Me a cup of tea without Me asking for one.

He stops what He is doing and walks round to the shop with Me. I don't like going there on My own after dark.

He brings Me Flowers just because He loves Me.

The other night We were printing off some Wedding Photos. I was sat at the printer feeding the glossy paper in. DH was at the PC sorting out what to print off. The printer beeped and out popped a little love letter to Me He had stored on His PC.

He insists on carrying all the bags when We are out shopping.

How he always says I Love You every morning when we wake up and before we go to sleep.

DH and I say I Love You a lot too ... my sister has joked before that I am spoiled, but I like it

I love it when he calls me on his lunch break just to say hi and that he loves me, even if it is only a minute long convo.

I love it when he talks about things with "us" and "we" and "ours" ... I love it when he calls me "Baby" and says "My Wife", even if it is just in introducing me to someone.

I love him for all that he does to provide for our little family and plan for our future and never complains about the fact that I don't make as much money as I use to.

I love it when FH acts silly, he is the reserved one in our relationship.

I love it when FH comes outside to hug me when I get home from work.

I love it when FH makes a pitcher of tea for me, so I have it when I get off work.

I love love love that FH wants to have a date night at least once a week

& I love it when FH smiles at me and tells me how lucky he is.:heart::heart:

Brandi~ We say I love you alot too:)

I liked reading everyones responses! I love it when Fh knows I'm coming over (especially in the summer when its hot as blazes outside) and he'll fix me something to drink and have it waiting on me when I get there.
Or how when we're driving along both lost in our thoughts he'll reach over and grab my hand just to hold it; and how he does this thing (dont know now whether he or I started it?) where if we're across the room from one another or sitting somewhere it wouldn't be feisable to say I love you or something of that nature, he'll make this little kiss noise, lol. kinda like you would wink at someone across the room? But he makes this noise it kinda sounds like a "click". And its just his way of saying, even though I can't say it right now or am not near enough to touch you in some way, I'm thinking about you!:soppy:
Does that sound weird? lol.

Among many other things, one of my favorite things about DH is how supportive he is of me. No matter what I want to do, he is behind me. When I get overwhelmed with schoolwork, he keeps telling me it will be worth it and to keep going. I truly think he is the reason that I am in nursing school right now, pursuing my dream.
I love him :soppy:

Hmm, well i love it when he gets so excited about video games for no reason

I love when I get of bed in the morning and he pulls me by the waist back into bed.

I love when he just does random things for me without me asking

He always texts me or calls me randomly when he misses me or is bored

I love when he makes random jokes that are so stupid that I only get

And just about everything else he does lol

This is kind of random, but I love it when he is sleeping and he starts laughing. He doesn't laugh a whole lot, just a couple of little giggles, but it's too cute! And funny!
I also love it when he surprises me. I was dissappointed I wouldn't be getting the necklace I wanted. I wasn't rude or pouting about it, but I think he could tell I really wanted it. I came home the other day after having a horrible day at work, and he surprised me with the necklace! :o He said he even looked in the phonebook and called all of the Kay Jewelers in town until he found one that had it in stock! Can I just say, WOW!!! I can't remember one time he has EVER used a phonebook! I was pretty happy that day! :)

I love how FH has the craziest schedule and sometimes doesn't get home until 11:30 at night, due to his night school and hour commute back home, but will still sit down and listen to me if something happened that day that upset or worried me. He'll be tired and hungry and just want to watch cartoons, but he'll open his ears and what's left of his attention span and use it on me.

I love how FH will send me stupid emails throughout the day - sometimes with just a subject line and no text to let me know what's happening in his day.

I love how FH tries to sweep my anxiety away and alleviate my stress. Sometimes I need somebody to tell me it'll be ok and worrying about it won't matter.

I love how FH is willing to create a peaceful, non-fighting relationship, and tries as hard as I do to not repeat the mistakes our parents have made. That's definitely something I always looked for in a mate.

I love how first and foremost he's my friend.

I love how when I get home from working all night, the kitchen is alll clean and the dishes are done.

I love how considerate of me he is. We discuss things before decisions are made.

I love how he likes to be close to me...wherever we are.

I love how he protects me.

I totally love it when he calls me his wife.

I love it when he reminds me that we are a team...that all things are ours...not his or mine.

I just so love this man...he does a ton of things to show me everyday how important I am to him!!

Thanks for starting this. What a wonderful idea!!

Oh my, we say I love you alot too. Most of the people in my family say we make them sick..lol..

I love it that he wakes up 20 minutes early in the morning to get dressed and come back and have cuddle time with me before he leaves for school.

I love that he send me texts all day long just to let me know that he's thinking of me.

I love it when he reminds me of our "two sugar minimum" rule...that one is kinda silly, but we have this rule that when we kiss small (you know, just those little pecks) there is a two kiss rule. Can't be less than that. Silly, but that's us.

I love that he'll sit down and watch tv with me and pretend not to be interested, then fuss when I go to change the channel during the commercial (i hate commercials).

I love it when even though I may totally be a meanie to him sometimes (ok, so i'm not the easiest woman in the world to live with) he never loses his cool with me. and he always ends an arguement by hugging me and kissing me and saying "I still love you with all of my heart" (gets me everytime)

ok, i'm sure there are more, but i'll leave it there for now.

I love it when he bakes me a pie, just because I see a pie-baking competition on the Food Network and say, "I want pie now."

I love it when he drives me places. I hate driving in the Bay Area soooo much.

I love it when he encourages me to buy expensive things that I want but don't need, sometimes buying them for me when I'm too sensible to actually spend my money on them.

I love it when he encourages me to apply to jobs at certain places. He seems to know when I'll be a good fit. I always get the jobs at the places he suggests.

I love it when he holds my hand at bedtime. I'm a back sleeper due to repetitive strain injury in both my shoulders, so spooning just isn't possible for me. This makes up for it.

I love it when he kisses me on the forehead.

I love it when he says I love you when walking down the aisle of a walmart...or any other random place.

I love it when he lets me put my cold feet on him and how he doesn't care.

I love it when he sends me texts just saying good morning.

I love it when he's talking he'll look straight into my eyes.

LOL - We have a three kiss minimum!! I've never met anyone else like that!

I love it how FH keeps me in check when I'm having a bad day or something pisses me off.

I love it how he says he loves me before going to bed.

I love it how he has to have me close to him when he is in bed and will drag me across the bed to achieve this.

I love how handy he is.

I love how he is so obsessed with Batman, he acts like a little kid sometimes!!

Ooh I thought of another one. I love it how he gets so protective and pissed off when another guy checks me out. To know that I have that kind of protection, makes me want to never go anywhere without him!

I love it when he talks in his sleep. The other night he tried to sell me a printer... Yes a printer. He works at Staples in the computer section. He was like "You want a printer?". It was so funny.

Sometimes he's asleep and he'll put his arm around me, pull me close and say "mine". So cute. He never remembers any of it.

*hehe* So did you buy the printer? :bblol:

I used to like it when DH would roll over in his sleep and put his arm around me. He doesn't do it much anymore now that the dogs sleep in the middle of us ;)
