Are you looking for real ice or the fake stuff people put in for decoration?

I am not sure if I understand completely. Are you looking to colour ice - ie to put into drinks?

Or are you looking for polymer crystals that you put in water and which absorb the water?

If these are what you are looking for, they should not be put into drinks, and they won't keep anything cold (ie if you wanted to put them in an ice bucket to chill drinks). With that said, if you don't like the colours available, you should be able to colour the water you use to put the crystals to suit your preference.

The above stuff would work. It will absorb whatever colour water you put it in and if it's not fine enough you could probably "blend it" down further.
