So i am doing my response cards. but my question is :

i need to know a. exactly how many are coming and their food count.. so i was going to do

the favour of a reply is requested by ___ date ___

m__________________________________

will attend___________
will not be attending__________

chicken____ fish___

but i am thinking that i need to have the question in there, "the number attending" or something like that. but i dont know how to word that in there.

and favour and favor are both perfectly acceptable right?

im also having a problem with the question of who gets what?

Something like...
(my response cards have # attending)

M______
Number Attending _______

Chicken____ Fish_____
Please indicate the quantity for each type of meal.

Or something like that...and then if they write 1 and 1 you can call and confirm who gets what if need be...

I don't know that I would do initials only becasue that could get confusing. Why not put something like, Please write down the number of each entree.

** I would also keep track of which person is receiving which meal, as there is usually someone who will change their mind and want the other dinner.
