So I posted my second dress outing (http://forums.onewed.com/showthread.php?p=344646#post344646), but realized I never posted the one dress my MOH tried on. It's cute and cheap, so it meets all requirements, but the girls are still looking.

It's from Nordstroms. It's the only one we found on a six hour shopping trip.

I like that, too! Two of my three BM's got their dressses from nordstrom! I think they're a lot prettier (and cheaper!) than going the traditional "bridesmaid dress" route!

Thanks for all the feedback. We're still hoping (or I'm still hoping) they'll find dresses in their respective colors (navy blue and emerald green) but if not, this dress is a definite choice. They're also looking for something a little longer, as they're not really comfortable with their legs. Boobs yes, legs no. Weird.

That was another condition on the dresses. I refuse to own anything I'm only going to wear once (with the exception of my wedding dress), why would I make anyone else do that?

I so agree with not making someone buy something they hate or will never wear again, that's the main reason I'm only having a MOH and letting her pick out what to wear.
The dress is adorable if that's what you go with. Good Luck!

I totally agree! I was a BM way too many times (will do it one more time for my best friend, otherwise, NEVER AGAIN). I resold/shoved the ones I couldn't resell in a Goodwill bag, because they were SO FREAKING UGLY, AND I HATED THEM. But I never complained except on here! :innocent:
I'm glad you're thinking like this. I see so many brides who treat their BM's like Barbies.
