They are scans of the prints (on an old scanner to boot) so the quality isn't top notch. Though the prints are goooorgeous. These will have to do!

Yes, I'd noticed that on your siggy before and it made me giggle. Jon received the nickname thanks to an ooooooold comic "Lil Abner."

My DH got His through His name. S. Moody. It started off as Shmoody then got shortened to Shmoo when the Cartoon hit the UK back in the 70's / 80's.
I even bought Him a "Shmoo" for a Wedding Present.

Even His daughters call Him Shmoo. And since we've been together i've been known as "Moo".
He gets miffed when people put a "C" in it when writing to Him. (Schmoo) :huh:

Hehehe, Jon doesn't like it when people include a "C" either! Sounds like they hit the UK kind of late :) They were really popular here in the 50's and 60's, and then again in the 80's because they put them in some animations.

One of the funniest things I ever found the Shmoo made it onto was this B-29.

Now you've side tracked me *giggle* Again, thanks for the comments on our pictures ladies! I love love LOVE the photographer we worked with, her use of color, and so forth and so on :) I'm hoping we can book her for the wedding too!
