Sorry this is totally un-related to anything wedding but I am sooooo so happy right now!
Last night our Condo conditionally sold! We can still have people come through and check it out until next Thursday when they will either fully accept the offer and it will be taken off the market or not and it will stay on the market. Hopefully it will be final! I hate having people come through the apartment... it's ackward for me.
We also have a new place to live!!! We are moving into a large basement apartment with huge windows. We take possesion on July 1st. So we'll have a full month to paint or clean and move our stuff in! I am VERY happy about that! I don't think we will need to rent a moving van. I think between our friends with Mini-Vans and trucks we'll be good!
Mark was taking to our landlord and he was asking if Mark knew his sister because they went to the same highschool. Then asked if he knew his brother and commented that they would be closer in age cause his brother is 28. Mark was flattered and shocked because he is only 23. Mike (the landlord) was shocked because he thought we were older since we are getting married and looking for a home and such. Kinda neat. I wonder how old he thought i was when i met him.... i generally look younger then i actually am.
Anyways... YAY! I can't wait to move! Mark can walk to work and i'll be soooo much closer to my family and friends!

I'm not sure we will paint. Everything is pretty neutral. We'll see.
I am super excited to get my furniture in there are have a new space and stuff! I feel like it will be more like a new start. Our home won't be so much College Students but more like... Adults. :D Growing up. It's so crazy!

I think that's wonderful that both of you are happy about your new moves, and congratulations to both of you too!! I moved too within the last year or so. I was at my last home for over 10 years, and now I live in a condo closer to Amber. It's like I'm reverting more to not being a parent anymore. I don't know, it's kind of sad when I actually sit here and think about it. I was like a 45 minute drive away from Amber before, and now I'm like a 2 minute drive away. I wouldn't say I necessarily love my condo, but I do love being closer to Amber.

Congrats on the condo being sold Jenn! We finally sold our second house in the old town we used to live in. We were happy and suprised to have gotten 20 k over the asking price. Unfortunately now, we've been talking about moving again. At least selling our new home won't be so hard because there is such a shortage of homes where we live. We might end up in Manitoba here shortly! Its crazy how life goes really. Keep your fingers crossed for me that all goes well and we don't have to move to Saskatchewan!! LMAO...I'd rather live in a cardboard box then move to Saskabush!!!!
Anyhow, again congrats on the condo being sold and you having found a new home! :)

LOL i have never heard the winter Saskabush! That's great! I love the term Winterpeg for Winnipeg. What would take you to Manitoba if you don't mind me asking.
It's nice to have a quick sale. Hopefully yours will go well!
