Thank you all. I wish them a Happy Mothers Day as well. I woke up to my kids making card after card and the stairs were covered with them. My daughter made me a few things from school. She was so happy to give them to me. It made me tear up. She is so cute. Nicholas feels bad because he has been sick then working so he hasnt had the chance to get out to et me anything. And he has to work today. I think the kids and I are going to stop over there to eat later.

Happy Mommies' Day to all the Mommies! Jason and I took my mother out to breakfast today and the whole time, everyone she saw she told them that we got married yesterday! She's so proud and it's cute. I think she probably had one of the best mother's days she's ever had...with the exception of the fact that my sister almost crashed her car...lol.

Happy Mother's Day everyone!!!!!

Mine started out with my daughter throwing up and then my soon to be step son quite possibly breaking his wrist or arm. We are waiting to hear from his mother as to what the doctor says about it. so the whole family went to church to start off with (except for me and daughter) who stayed home and made the best of it. i did however get bbq ribs that was cooked for me while i cleaned house like a mad woman and took care of the patients in the family ER. what can i say, it is a typical mother's day for me. :)

Well it doesn't look like my mom has posted yet so I will share a little of our day....I surprised her this morning with a bouquet of tulips(her favorite flower) and they were lavendar(her favorite color), also this huge balloon that said MOM, then we went to Carraba's a great Italian Bistro....it was yummy. We met my grandmother and my aunt Jody at the resturant. After that my grandmother, my mom, and myself went flip flop shopping at Kohls and we had a blast!! Then we went to get pedicures and went to the .99 SuperStore...it was so much fun! We ended the day with some Chinese food. All in all it was a great Mommy's day!

Oooohhhh, I had such a wonderful Mother's Day!!! I have the best daughter in the whole world!! My tulips were so pretty and they still are! My balloon matched my shirt perfectly today, I don't know how Amber did that. I had Sirloin Marsala and garlic mashed potatoes at Carraba's. YUMMMMEEEEEEEE!! We not only bought flip flops from Kohl's today, we bought our "wedding" flip flops at Kohl's today. I bought a pair of Candies black sequin flip flops to match my dress at the reception. I didn't notice this at the store, but they have one of those gradual color changes of the sequins on the straps. It starts out silver, then goes to dark gray, then to black. You can see this pretty good in the picture. I love them!! Don't they look great?

Amber bought a pair of white dangly crystal ones to match her wedding dress. We refuse to have a miserable time at the reception because our shoes are hurting our feet. We will be changing them when we get to the reception! Amber treated me to a pedicure and the lady did wonders on my heels, my feet look awesome! And I got some yummy smelling candles at the Dollar Store. All in all, I had a fantastic day, thanks to Amber!!! Thank you, baby girl!!!

I love the flip flops. My daughter would absolutely adore them. sounds like you both had a great mothers day.

it's official on this end. my step son (soon to be) did break his wrist. They only splinted it and today are going to cast it. Poor little baby. and here i was teasing him on mothers day and calling him a "cripple".

I do love the flip flops! I am doing the same thing for sure. There is no way I am going to wear uncomfortable shoes all day!
