Hey ladies!

I am a 5 day Bride to Be. We just got engaged last Friday, beautiful GA mountains-in our sweet little cabin. It's a truly amazing feeling-even though we've been together for almost 6 years (& this was the plan) its still different when you can look down and see that Rock on your finger :o)

Needless to say, I'm stoked!

But...we still have much more going on before I can actually get into the nitty gritty of planning-

I have 2 years of school left and we're hoping to get our house built before the wedding. So, with that being said- I've been looking at floor plans and lots more than cakes and centerpieces :o(

I'm thinking we're looking at this time...2011!! Seems like forever from now. IT's gonna be a pretty long engagement, but I can't help but look-look-look.

I just hope I'm not getting ahead of myself by looking already...
ahhhhh. I feel overwhelmed already- I just want to have the perfect wedding. This is a one time deal- so it's got to be the greatest day Ever!!!

The only things I do know:
I want a FALL wedding- outside- in a dress that makes me look like I belong on the cover of Vouge :o)

I'm excited- and I wanted to have an outlet & this seems like the perfect place.

:Christa:

I agree with everyone else......never too early to start planning. As soon as you know your date I would be sure to book your church, reception, PHOTOGRAPHER etc....but especially your reception and photographer......It is amazing how some are booked 2 years in advanced!
CONGRATS again..........I don't even have my official proposal yet, but already got my dress and other things on the roll. My FH is in the Army and I won't see him til Christmas :( I will get my ring then :)
:icon_barbar:at least I better :innocent:
