Too cool!
K so the cable company tech was only supposed to hook up one jack for service to the new house. If we wanted more than one, it was going to be $30 a month!
So .... we handed the guy (independent contractor) $20 for "lunch money" LOL and he left us with two working jacks. One in the basement and one in the living room.
It was going to be such a hassle to pull cable wires throughout the house so we decided to go with a wireless router. We also had to buy two wireless cards for the computers but the software allows us to play our ITUNES music remotely to any powered speakers in our house. I think it does other stuff too but I didn't pay much attention to whatever DH was saying after I found out that I can .... now sit in bed and check email if I want to or even go out onto the deck :rofl:
