They look so yummy! I think they will be a big hit. Do you know how you want to package them?

Those look Sooooooooooooo Good! Your guests are gonna love 'em! The way I package mine... I buy the small mini-muffin size cupcake liners to hold each individual one and then (depending on how many you want to put in each package) you can get very small, clear cello bags (put two in the bottom and tie the top with a pretty ribbon) or small candy boxes from Hobby Lobby. You can tie up the boxes with a ribbon to make them pretty. Or I'm sure you can find specialized boxes somewhere online.

Mmmm, they look great!!
My fiance makes the best truffles I've ever had. We thought about doing some for wedding favors, but they just take so long to make that we decided to do chocolate molds instead. I'm gonna have to get him to make me some for the holidays though. :winktongue:

Yes, truffles are fine to leave unrefrigerated so long as it isn't hot. (If it's hot they may melt) If you have a summer wedding, and your reception is in a climate controlled room, they should be fine. If your wedding is any other time of year besides summer, they'll be fine regardless :)

truffles do not have to be refrigerated. if its hot and they are choc dipped that could cause a concern. i wold suggest if storing them in a bag dont do anything plastic or that cant breath condensation and such. they are yummy looking i dont like sweets but i tell ya truffles get me everytime! ps~ they can be frozen so cool stress re leaver you can make a few now and than rather than 3 days before the wedding! lol
