I am probably not a traditional member here as I am married (5 yrs as of Sept. 20th) and I am a guy. I work for a company who sells custom ribbon, labels & tags. I am fortunate in that joining here and getting involved in this community is part of my job, however I am not here to sell stuff to everyone. I wish to be an upstanding member of this group and contribute any of my experiences and learn from you all as well.
This summer I have attended 12 weddings and am going to another this saturday. It is the time of my life where everybody around me is getting married or starting families. I am excited to share my wedding/marriage stories as well as read yours. I've actually become quite proficient in the different types of ceremonies and receptions. There have been absolutely fantastic weddings that have not costed a lot (in talking to the families) as well as very expensive weddings that have not come off as well.
