1 month to go

As of today I have exactly one month to go. I have alot done/bought. But still so much to do.


dress - bought ( owe $65 for alterations )
tux- ordered ( owe $60 more )
my daughters dress - bought ( owe $65 for alterations )
my sons suit - bought
flowers _ not sure am trying to reach my friend in Ohio who is foing them for me but no luck yet
veil - bought
tiara - bought
my shoes ( actualy boots ) - bought
nicholas boots - bought
my kids shoes - still need to buy
wedding bands - bought
site - my sisters yard she is takign care of it
hall- reserved only cost $100
DJ - paid down payment still owe $250 day of wedding
every thing for favors - boguht and tags made ( still need to buy the skittles to fill them with
center pieces - every thing bought just need to put them together
other decorations for tables - bought
cake - still need to order the 6 dozen cup cakes and 1 8' round for the top ( no idea how i am decorating them yet )
cake stand - bought ( have extras as it is styrafoam incase one breaks lol )
guest book - bought ( actually 2 5x7 photo mats for guests to sighn )
jewerly - borrowed
garter - bought
hotel for the wedding night _ my sister is takign care of
music for the ceremony - all set ( live bagpipes )
hair day of - all set ( my aunt doing it )
make up day of- might have my sister do it
table clothes , napkins , etc - still need to buy
bottles and sand for sand ceremony - bought ( already set to go )
vows - no idea yet working on it
officient - all set ( thanks lizabeth )
marriage lisence - getting on the 17th
honey moon - if we have any money left over just going to the ocean for a couple of days
food for reception- taken care of ( brother in law and his mom doing it all, i even told them to pick the food that I dont care at this point lol )
photographer - booked and half paid for ( gf paying for this as a gift )
oh yeah and invites - done and mailed ( finaly )

Have I missed anything?

Now just to come up with the money to finish what I need to finish we will be all set. My freind from Austraila told me to wait till she got here on June 1st and she would get the kids shoes. I might just let her do that.

Oh yeah and we need to put together the music list for our DJ. Now I think I have everything in place.

YAY for you! I can't believe it's so close already! Of course, I'm saying the same about my wedding. :bbmrgreen: Good luck wrapping up everything and don't worry, somehow it all comes together! :)

Not feeling to bad right now. I just got my kids shoes today. Mainly cause my daughter needed them for her very first concert :bblol: so I got ones she can use for the wedding as well. I have to exchange my sons cowboy boots for a size smaller. But hey I got them.

Nicholas has been sick for 3 days now and I told him to go to the doctors today. He has namonia (sp?). So $165 later, for the docs and the meds, he will be better soon, I hope. They told him no work for 5 days. But the man that he is he will be back to work on Sat. His store just had a remodle and the reopen either tomorrow or Sat. He said he needs to be there cause his boss is out with 3 cracked ribs. And they dont ahve sick time there. So we would be short ALOT of cash. God help me if I pull this thing off in time.

Gwen it will all come together and be wonderful!! You tell the FH of yours to take it easy with pneumonia. I've had it before and it call kill ya!! It was rough, I think I was out for about two weeks!! Don't let it get any worse, good thing he went to the doctor!! Take care and it will all come together and be absolutely beautiful Gwen!!
