If money or education was not an issue, what would be your dream job?
I think if I could do it over again, I would have gone to teacher's college. I know I could always go back to school, but that would mean living off my DH's salary and that would be a big change.
Or I would like to work the Cancer Society, doing charity work and helping people.
Anyone else?

For me, it would have been something like a criminal lawyer or a criminalist. Anything to do with criminal justice only not a cop. I think I would really have enjoyed that.

I guess I am the odd one out. I quit most people's dream job of being an attorney to become a history teacher. I wouldn't mind getting my PhD though so I could teach at a university level. Or, humanitarian law, if I ever go back into the legal field it will be doing something like that.

I think my dream job would be the person you always see on the travel channel that gets to do all the traveling and report on how the places were you stayed in. how the food was you ate. imagine traveling at someone else's expense and seeing and going all kinds of places. you never see them in some crappy place eating nasty food or staying anywhere that they do not give a good review too. now that would be heaven.

My dream job would have to be a pediatrician. I just am not good with blood and things like that. I don't know that I could even give shots. So, I do billing. It's about as close as I can get.

I just left a really good, high paying job and came where I work now because I wanted my dream job. I went to college for Electrical Engineering and now I work in construction as yard foreman. I get to operate all kinds of equipment. My favorite is an Excavator. I always tell everyone it is like being on an amusement park ride. I like driving the dump trucks around the yard too. I get to spend all day outside if I want or work in the shop or operate the equipment really I get to do whatever I want. I have a building all to my self with AC and internet access. I took a big pay cut to be here but I haven't regretted it one bit. Now I work 15 minutes from home as opposed to the one hour drive I had before. I also get all winter off with pay, from December to April. My FH does too. So this past winter was awesome. We had all the time to do everything we wanted and never had the time to do before.

Well I have two dream jobs. The first one would be nurse in a NICU. I would to be able to help those little babies, but I don't think I'd ever make it through the schooling. I was never good at memorizing stuff.
My other dream job I have a chance at. I want to be a stay at home mom. Hopefully with FH's new job I'll be able to do that.

I changed my mind. I want to be a rock star. Let's face it, I want to be able to sleep until the middle of the afternoon, have no real responsibility except for the occasional "Help Africa, hug a tree, save a whale, pandas are people to" bull:censored: . I want to be able to party all night like I could when I was 21 WHEN I am 40. I want a staff of make up and hair people, personal chefs, and trainers, following me and working around my schedule. I want Versace and Dolce & Gabbana fighting each other to get to dress me. I want to be able to consider Jell-O shots a food group. I want to be able to say, "Hello (fill in city name here), this is the greatest town in the world," then have people applaude like mad because I said it.
In all I want to top the pinnacle of fabulousness that I am at right now. Although I will admit right now I am pretty **** fabulous!

I always said I wanted to be a photograher. I was a wedding photographer for a while, but I quit. Though I enjoyed it and I felt I was pretty good at it, I much prefer to be able to make a living doing it on a more artistic level.
I enjoy what I do now, I like working on websites and graphics :) I LOVE working from home ... I get to sleep late and work in my PJ's ;) Now if I could make more money at it, I would be all set ;)

If I had the time and the money to get my masters I would get it in animal reproduction and I would like to work for a big horse farm and be head of their reproduction program. I would like to work for a race horse farm or one of those farm with million dollar animals. But this is the real world and I am soon to graduate with my degree in animal science and I'm also getting certified to teach. So anyway I am going to be a teacher.

My dream job would be to be the only curator at a sizeable museum. Doesn't have to be so big that it's overwhelming or so small that it's unknown; something just right. I guess it's not an education thing; it's who you know because the guy I had my internship under actually had less education than I did at the time (he still does).
I'd also like to write and when I have kids this may become a big thing for me so that I can stay home with them. I'll be up there with Micheal Shara and Steven Ambrose....*dream*
I'd also like to teach on the university level; military history. That's what I'm heading for and someday, I might just get there. Jason and I were talking about me going back to school in the fall. I have to start looking into it after the wedding; I don't want to put it off too much or I might never go back. He mentioned it might be a good idea for me to finish that degree before we start on children. So there's my ultimatum to work my patootie off for that my MA so we can have kids sooner. :)
Ya, so something to do with military history, whether it be write about it, display it, or teach it. That's my dream job. Someday, you might be walking along in your local Borders/Barnes & Noble/whatever and see a book about what's going on right now and written by me! And you all can say, "I knew her when this used to be just a dream." Man I'm a dreamer!
