So, we have nine days till "wedding" day. My prevoius thread on this topic shows where we've been http://forums.onewed.com/showthread.php?t=20824 and here's where we're going.
My lawyer drew up papers similar to what I already signed once. Except the new ones clearly state my ex can call and visit his children, so he has no excuse saying he can't. I signed them, my lawyer sent them to his lawyer. We are hoping they will be back and we can get a fast tracked court date.

If not, we are having a "commitment ceremony" and offically getting married later. We can't postpone, we can't cancel.

Hope You manage to get everything fast tracked in time.
But at least You are looking at it positive and still going ahead with the Ceremony. No point in postponing at this late date. Plus You wont be breaking any Bigamy Laws if You're not "Officially" Married until a later date.
