Hey, just wondering what to do for ceremony music for an outdoors ceremony?? Do I just get a CD player and have that playing while I walk down the aisle??? Any idea's suggestions greatly appreciated :bbmrgreen:.

Thats what we were going to do. Use a CD player but then the weather looked like it might rain so moved inside the hangar that is on my inlaws farm and it has its own little sound system. But I think a stereo/cd player with good sound should work for you!!

We arent even messing with music for our outdoor ceremony. There will be music playing at the house for the reception, but nothing in particular. I guess whoever changes the cd gets to choose the next round of music!
Only I think I will have certain cds set out so I know nothing off the wall will be played.

i would think that if the cd player sounds good then it would be fine. you might check it out before hand and make sure how it sounds. where are you getting married at? i am asking because the sounds of nature might just be all that is needed. might make it more intimate for the two of you. something to consider anyway.

I was going to have a Cd palyer. My ceremony is outside as well. But my uncle Jummiy is playing his bag pipes for us to walk in and out to. I can't wait. Nothing like mising things up in this wedding. Bag pipes, 6 different colors, touches of a western theme. Sounds crazy I know but I can't wiat to see it all come togehter.

I am going to use a CD player as well. I am just burning some mixed CD's and throwing them in the 5 disc changer...

Just make sure it is loud enough because I went to a wedding this weekend and we couldn't even hear the music.

We're using a cd player, if the weather holds up. I think it will work...maybe. :) Of course, I won't have to worry about it by the looks of the current weather forecast.
