I ve seen these and I want one! Our house is being built and it will be over hopefully by February.
I havent discussed this with FH yet but I really love the idea!
So what do you think of round beds? does anyone have one of these?
And the biggest question, do I need round sheets? They are impossible to find where I live, I already have many sets of new unused sheets. Will I be able to use them?
Do you like round beds??

OMG I have always wanted a round bed! I saw one for the first time when I was a little girl in that old movie She Devil with Roseanne Bar and Meryl Streep
lol I've wanted one since!
You would have to get round sheets if you want them fitted... and it looks like they are not cheap....

I would find someone who is good with sewing and hire them to make them...
good luck!
When we were shopping at IKEA yesterday we saw a round bed in the kid's area. It was so cute! I don't know if I could mentally deal with having a round bed simply for the fact that I wouldn't have a designated place to put my head! LOL

I really like the idea of round beds, but the cost of the sheets! Wowowowow! :)

They are cool but for me, the bed itself would have to be bigger/wider to give me the same sleeping space as I have with a normal bed. My bedroom would have to be bigger too - kwim? I wonder how hard (or expensive) it would be to find sheets & comforters to fit .... ????

I slept in a round bed once... NEVER again would I do it! It was NOT big enough! Like Elizabeth said, it would have to be bigger both ways. I like to stretch out when I sleep, and I found I ended up with my feet/head/arms hanging off the bed. :(

I think they look so cool, but I know realistically, I wouldn't like them. I need my space. LOL

They are super cool looking but it seems like your feet would dangle off of the edge if there were two people in the bed. I think it would work great for just one person. I really have no idea how big that bed is compared to an average sized person though so I guess I really don't know.

You can buy different sizes of the round bed....my friend's was a King and they could just use standard sheets and they would tuck them in!
