Redecorating Apartment

We went a little crazy yesterday and bought some new furniture even though I know we don't actually need it. Our apartment is a mess right now because of it, but after we set everything up and get rid of one of our couches I think it is going to be great. I'm having a little buyers remorse though! We went to World Market and then to Ikea today. We're going with a sort of an Asian feel with Indian accent colors. We are really wanting to make our apartment feel more like ours since we have mostly all hand me downs and I think this is really going to do it. Here are some of our finds...

The internet that I'm using is so slow and I just can't take it anymore! I've been trying to do this thread for way too long! We also got a dining room table, bamboo decoration, a few stalks of real bamboo in a vase, and a rug. I'll post the rest of these pictures tomorrow.

I couldn't find any pictures of the pillows we got. I'll take pictures once we get everything all set up in the next few days.

Rosalyn, we got the tv stand at Cost Plus World Market. It's a chain so maybe you have one near you!

Thanks for being excited with me you guys! When I got home today Chad had set up the dining room table and chairs and had a soy candle, a pink bouquet of flowers from Whole Foods, and some organic white wine all set out on the table. (He gets bonus points for all of the soy and organic-ness. LOL) Then we cooked dinner together and ate at the table for the first time. We're going to donate our furniture to people affected by the recent hurricane here in Texas so once we do that we'll finish setting everything up!
