Off the top of my head I can not think of a designer that custom makes full body skirt wedding dresses. Though, I did find this one wedding dress that would look really great for a Cinderella wedding theme - Christos Bridal (http://www.christosbridal.com/vsPrint.php4?id=&style=ch65)
