So.. I went on to Oriental trading Co. site today and make some more purchase. Let me just say if you are a bride with a budget this is a great place to get things!!
things I bought:
Wedding bubbles @ 4.99 a for 2 dozen ( I bought 6 packages)
Wedding lottery ticket holders (for the wedding party gift baskets) $3.95-24pk
UNFINISHED 'I DO' WOOD LETTERS kit for $9.99
WEDDING ADDRESS LABELS $3.97 for I think about 600 labels
RINGBEARER BASEBALL CAP for $3.99
SOMETHING BLUE RHINESTONE HEART GARTER for $3.95 which i figure would be good for the garter toss and something blue.
I spent about $55 dollars ($29 of it was the bubbles) on all of this stuff..right now they are having a special if you spend $49 or more you get free shipping~
Just wanted to let all you ladies out there know about it..I think it is great!
Also, they have a make your own wedding card holder cake kit for $19.99. I think my next paycheck I will purchase this..I didn't think that was to bad for the whole kit.
I can't wait until all of it comes in!!!!:D
Great finds! I too used Oriental Trading, I bought our tin mints from them. They looked really cute (the mints weren't very minty though). Other than that, I was really happy with the results!

Awesome deals!! I love browsing through Oriental Trading, but I'm not sure about buying from them... it could get much pricier since I'm in Canada (exchange, duty, shipping, etc). Glad you got a bunch of good bargains!!

I love love love looking over all their party stuff! I haven't bought anything yet though, I'm leary of it not looking as good in real life as online. but for the cost I don't guess you'd be out too much.

Good deals! I'd be excited too!
I'm like Jenna though - a bit concerned about the shipping to Canada though but maybe sometime I will be able to get something that isn't too expensive to ship here.
The stuff looks so fun!

I love oriental trading. I have used it in the past for a Hawaiian party in 2004 and have been using the same decorations over and over ever since. It is trusting and saves a lot of plus, it helps to keep the theme going. I haven't looked at it for my wedding supplies but will start now. Thanks for the heads up.
I posted this is in another forum but I heart Oriental Trading, too. After I read your initial post, I went through all my old (and new) catalogs!!
I am going to get the below signs for my outdoor/park ceremony for $4.95 each!!

And, if there is money left in the budget, I REALLY want to do a candy bar/buffet (28 kids on the invite list so far, all under 10!!)... and I found some AWESOME candy items in Oriental Trading... like..
Jumbo Swirl Pops... $4.99 a dozen or $7.49 dozen, depends...

And, to go with our theme, Princess Pops!! Luv them!! $4 a dozen!

I will be recieving my items most likely on Thurs..which the original date for delivery was 10/2 and now it is going to be here 9/25!! They have proven to be quick to get these purchases out..
I have only seen my Koozies that I bought a couple of weeks ago..they are pretty nice..they are just basic clothlike Koozie and look pretty much like they did online. I only paid like 17.00 for 24 of them so I didn't expect something fancy..Overall I think they have good quality things..Im excited to see what everything else looks like..and like I said before...The most expensive thing I paid for was $6.00 so I am not really worried about it lol..my bubbles were $4.99 for 2 dozen and I couldn't find that anywhere else!!!! Happy shopping!!!!

I never even thought about getting candy from there..truthfully I didn't even know that they sold it lol!!! I am think about doing a Candy Buffet and I could get some pretty cool things from there!!! :D
Oriental Trading would be awesome for a candy buffet! This is my inspiration pic for my candy buffet ~ I literally tore it out of one of my wedding invitation catalogs and scanned it! I already have some of the ribbons, you can get those clear boxes at Wal-Mart... like 50 for $12... and the "cool" swirl pops and such from Oriental Trading!! I like this idea better than a bunch o' scoops. :D I think this will be inexpensive and oh-so-cute when we are looking at nearly 50 kids at the reception!! I really hope this ends-up being in my budget...

All our decorations.....wedding guest book and stuff...wine glasses.. we ordered from here... FH has a list of things..we looked through the catalog together..and we just order so much at a time.. I just LOOOOOVE this website!!!
I even ordered all my son's birthday decorations and candles and stuff from here and it was only $50.. something that would have cost me double in the stores!

My boss had me order a bunch of stuff from Oriental Trading when he was helping with the Kindergarten day here on campus. They have great stuff and the prices are so good. I'll have to remember it when I'm ready to do some more buying.
