That looks like it was a lot of fun! I've never had the opportunity to go deep sea fishing. I'm with your FH on the coffee I"m like the walking dead til I get my caffeine in the mornings:)
my dad used to bring home red snapper when he worked on an offshore oilrig. He would always grill it out side and I remember being little and watching him descale them and playing with their eyes(gross I know, lol:bbeek:)
oh yeah, I love seeing Fh wake up in the morning he also looks like a little kid rubbing his eyes & yawning:grinhappy: too cute!

Aaaaaaagggggggggggghhhhhhhhhh! You were touching the fish. I love love love fishing but my father has resigned himself to the fact that I will never touch them. He and my brothers have tried instating the "you catch it, you take care of it" policy but it never caught on. I would catch the best fish but refuse to touch them and rather than let the big ones get away, dad would come to my rescue. You are my new hero!

That is a lot of red snapper!
So.... what do you do with the barracuda? I've never heard of anyone eating it....
Man, I ought to see if I can find one to mount over my desk here at the office.... that would be hilarious.
