Before the ceremony Jon got pictures with his groomsmen and I got pictures with my bridesmaids. We didn't see each other at all that day until the ceremony though. Here are some of those pictures:



Us girls couldn't take our pics in the public garden we had planned on because the sprinklers were on. The photographer asked some random people if we could take the pics in their yard because it was so pretty. They were glad to and thought it was great!

This is my favorite of me and my girls. Unfortunately my flowergirl wasn't cooperative and refused to get in the pictures.

Jon and his guys still went to the originally planned garden even though the sprinklers were on. They had fun dodging the water and Jon ended up carrying the ring bearer for most of the time because he was too short to avoid the water!

The girls and I also got some pictures taken at the church before the ceremony because we had some extra time. I much prefer the outdoor pictures, but these are still nice.

Trolley time! We took the bridal party and our parents on a ride around town with a few photo stops. We had a blast, it was one of the funnest parts of the day!

First stop- the gardens, thank goodness the sprinklers were finally off!

Next stop- a local landmark, an open pit mine that is now full of toxic water making it the largest body of contaminated water in the world. MIL's idea, you would have to live here to understand. I was hesitant but we had fun. The tourists thought we were great.

Last stop before the reception- a local brewery for a toast! The driver's idea, and we loved it! The underage kids got brewed root beer so they didn't feel left out.

I was going to skip the toast pictures but they show the location of the cake. While setting up we had the idea of using the ledge between the pillars as a cake table, right behind the head table. I loved how it turned out!

First dance~

As some of you know from my journal, Jon and I took about 6 dance lessons so that we could do something special for our first dance. We only told a few people ahead of time so we got lots of cheers because no one knew we could dance like this. :-)

In the reception venue there is a huge room outside of the ladies bathroom that is this lounge type place for just women to hang out. It was originally a train station so I think it was a place for women to change or freshen up. Anyways, we did a little photoshoot in there during the reception.

We left the reception at about midnight and went to a bed and breakfast. We loved it! It was so pretty and romantic and the service was amazing. It was the perfect end to our perfect day.
