DANGIT! Work blocked Photobucket

Yep.. I came to work on Monday and found out that my work blocked the Photobucket website. DANGIT DANGIT DANGIT!!!! Not only can I not see MOST of the pictures on the forums, I can't upload my own pics *doh*

LOL, Flickr has been blocked since I started workin here... grrnessssss. I can use Shutterfly, but they don't have the IMG code on Shutterfly, it makes it more complicated to post them. Photobucket was soooo convenient, not to mention I have over 2000 pics on PB.

They blocked youtube at my job and took all the speakers away since we dont need it for work purposes. :panda:

No I can still get to Facebook, but don't have many pictures on there. But I do the same thing with Shutterfly - paste the properties URL into the IMG code. It's just a hassle cuz in PB I can click, paste.

The most I would ever do at work was check e-mail and that was pushing it. We were not supposed to do anything other then work stuff. And the big boys were watching. Not just cameras ( I was a bank teller ) but the system was set up so they could see every site each and every person in the whole bank ( 20 some branches all over the state ) was on at any given time. They could log onto your computer and do what ever they wanted. The could not access our work stuff as that was all pretected by passwords we had to change ALL the time.

I work at a software company, on the computer 8 hrs a day plus taking online classes as well. At my job, I have time in between edits where my tools are busy, and I'm not.

I'm new at my job so I try to stay on task. And, it's the sort of job I should be busy all the time at. So, no forums for me. A lot of my co workers pass around you tube video links though. I'm not into that. I'll check e-mail but that's about it.

We have an open office so you can see everyone and their computers, and people walk around all the time. I'd hate for someone to see what I was doing at a time when I'd regret it! And, I work with all guys so they'd joke if I was looking at wedding stuff....they already don't even know what to talk about with me since I don't like sports, aren't into humor much, or typical guy things! We usually chat about the weather, or their wives, lol.

Used to have Myspace and Facebook blocked but not Photobucket LOL... now we never know when anything's going to be blocked - the filters drop all the time.
