I have been married for more than a year, but it was a hasty one that I didn't get to plan for it well in advance. In hindsight, I feel that I've missed out on a lot of exciting things, the pain the joys of planning a wedding.

After helping out a friend plan her own wedding (she got married last month) I found that it was actually lots of fun...

So here I am.

I am also a photographer, but I'm not a wedding photographer. I do photoessays for our local paper and do some odd jobs on a project basis.

So glad to be here.

Not really. Alvin and I are basically just getting by with both our jobs and the baby. So call this my stress reliever, but I really am looking forward to help other brides-to-be (grooms to be?) here. Even for encouragement and dispelling some negative feelings :)

Let's see, in one day, I've shared my opinion about not worrying too much about the BIG day, because even if it is your most important day, the root word is YOUR, so enjoy yourself.

I've also told a girl not to trust a stranger with her money and wedding gown.

And offered proof that not all ebay wedding gowns are bad.

I'm looking to do more :)

hmmmm ... I am pretty sure she meant about your wedding.

From your opening post here it could suggest to some that you might be planning a second wedding. I got the same vibe from it myself which is why I asked ;)
