I'm up late baking home-made (not from a box) Turtle Cheese Cake.
Covered in tons of ooey gooey caramel and chocolate and roasted almonds.
One slice is not enough, then again, the calories in one slice, may just break the scale.

2 1/2 pounds of cream cheese
6 eggs
2 cups sugar
1 table spoon vanilla
1 pound sour cream
CHOCOLATE
CARAMEL

All baked into a homemade graham cracker crust.

That does sound very tasty. Sadly, I've never been all that good at cooking... unless it was macaroni and cheese from the box, though my friends and I messed that one up in college many times (mmm, macaroni castles from the microwave, using water instead of milk!).
