I was just curious, does anyone belong to any other forums other than this?
I tried looking on-line to see ones that would suit me, but couldn't really find any. I thought it'd be interesting to see if there were any 'house-wife' or 'cooking' forums to help me out...

I'm not, but that does sound interesting. Let me know what you find out.

i belonged to another wedding forum called "pash weddings". but i have not been on it for awhile now. everytime i vented i was told i needed counseling for my problems, when in all actuality i just wanted to vent. everyone on that site seemed to be rude and obnoxious to me. this might not happen to others out there or maybe at the time i just felt targeted by them. but i got the idea that they thougth they were better than everyone else on the site. as said "maybe it was just me". but this site makes me feel welcome and happy.

I do not belong to any other forums either. Honestly it isn't typical of me to be on one.. This one drew me in and now I'm addicted!

I'm on two other forum sites. What can I say...lol. Actually most of the forums I am a member of are ones that help people...like this one and one of the others I am part of! The other one is just for fun! lol
I would like a forum exactly like this one is set out but for pregnancy (for when the time comes). From pre-conception to after the birth (til they leave home!?) :p

My FSiL goes to Today's Parent's web forum. She loves it. There is stuff for every stage of it from trying to get pregnant all the way to having teenage children.

Otherwise.... i haven't found any other forums. Although i haven't really looked too hard either. The only thing i do use besides e-mail is Livejournal.

I've posted on a couple of other wedding forums a couple of times. I like this one the best so this is the only one I keep up with. And yes I am addicted. Sometimes to the point where I don't get other things done that I should be doing!
Anyway there has got to be forums out there for pregnant women and women with small children, Hayley. And Shawna I would suspect there is probably a forum for housewives and I'm sure cooking as well.

There are quite a few forums for parents or soon to be parents. Do a search on Google. I am sure you will find one that you will like.
I am a member on BBB. They have a section for baby journals and TTC(trying to conceive) They are mainly a wedding forum but have it set up so after you get married you can stick around and post about daily life. Alot of the ladies there are already married.
