The Academy is going to City Walk tonight

City Walk is a hang out/shopping/dining area produced by Universal Studios here in Orlando. Well the 250+ boarding students have a "Dorm Night Out" tonight and I have to drive :( Granted I'm only driving a van, but

1.I haven't driven a van before
2. I haven't even driven since we moved here
3. I've never been to this place, let alone driven there before.
4. I'm nervous.

Sooooo think of me tonight when I am helping keeping track of all of the students and while I'm driving the stinking van.

Oh did I mention I hardly ever drive myself let alone teenagers?!?!

Wuuuugh. That sucks. I hate driving my van with all four kids in it - I can't imagine teenagers! Best of luck to you!

Did you end up going?

If you did, most of the Asian kids were probably ours :) We have a large Asian population here, well large is an understatement, MOST of our students are from overseas specifically Asia.

I enjoyed it, we went to Bubba Gumps (the staff members) and it was very good and we had a good time. Driving there it was pouring but the drive home wasn't bad :)

We ended up going last night lol the rain actually put us off going the other night. I haven't been to Bubba Gumps, mainly because I am from Louisiana and I get pissy when a place totes that the make Cajun food and they are a far cry from it lol but several friends say that it is very good. We will have to try it! Especially being that the Disney comedy clubs will be closing with PI and that is our normal hang out, so I guess we will be spending more time at city walk lol
