You have to set up a paypal account. At the end of the month you'll receive an e-mail and just follow the instructions.

Once you have a paypal account, you will be sent an email after the end of every month giving you your payout. I believe it is..what? 0.05 a post? Comes in handy sometimes!

I think the amount you get paid actually depends on the content of your posts and there's certain requirements (like it has to be ten characters or something). It's not much, but it helps!! ;)

I don't think I had to let anyone know. They just send an email to the address you provided when you signed up at the end of the month when they do the pay-out, unless there's a contest or something. Then they use the money to pay the contest winner.

Yeah I think everyone has pretty much said it all ... the payout will be sent to the same email you registered here with.

Here is more on the pay out thing ...

Here are the affiliate payout rules for those of you who missed it when they joined, or don't understand the payout or contest switch out. :)

HOW IT WORKS
First off all you need to do is register. That will provide you with an account, and the ability to post on the board, get paid for it or qualify for contest and prizes.

PAYOUTS AND PRIZES
You will be paid up to 5 cents (US) for each post you make, or prize(s) will be awarded according to whatever competition is going on at the time. Please refer to the threaded boards for the lastest information about any competitions/sweepstakes. Competition/sweepstakes rules may vary and you should be sure to read all guidelines associated with any particular event.

Just so you know, you have to have a PayPal account to claim the pay out, if you don't it will go back to the sender ;)

Yes, the email was very specific. This is what it said.......

"Simply click https://www.paypal.com/us/links/uni (https://www.paypal.com/us/links/uni) and complete PayPal's easy registration form to claim your money. Note: If you do not claim your funds within 30 days, they will be returned to your sender."

I have yet to even claim the money. I just let it go back. If I got over $5 or so I might claim it.

Yes, Kacie, but it all adds up every month. What the heck, you might as well take it.

I have two email addresses, and the paypal is thru the one that I don't use all that often. I keep forgetting to check that address, and end up loosing the $$$. What a nerd am I.

Heather, you can set up your paypal account to get money from multiple accounts. Steve had a paypal account that he hardly ever used. I just added my e-mail address on to it and it directly deposits my money from here into. That's one less thing to worry about on my part!

I agree that you should take the payout even if it is small, every little bit helps and it adds up. I get anywhere from a few cents to a few dollars. I think I got $4 this month, once I got like $10.

My main email with PayPal is not the one I have registered here, but as Nikki said, you can add up to 5 email addresses to your PayPal account. I have 3 with mine ;)

I collect it because i am a stay at home wife and this is my job. I come here because I love you ladies and would continue to come even if I didn't get payed, but its just a nice bonus. I think the most I've ever made was $5...but this past month it was $3.40 USD...which means like 4 bucks canadian! lol

I made enough over all those months I've been here to pay for my shawl, a book for my sewing machine, and one other thing that I can't remember right now, and I still have some left over! It definitely adds up. Although, to tell you the truth, the better payout is the friends I have gained...and now I'm corny! :)
