Broke a Nail at work. :bbeek: Middle Finger on My Right Hand.

So much for trying to get them to a decent length to get Manicured for My Wedding. I refuse to have a false one put on. So last night when i got home from work i cut the rest down to match the broken one.

Oh well, i've got Five Weeks to go. And i reckon i can get them to half the length they were.

What i cut off was Seven Weeks growth. So all is not lost.

Still calm here :winktongue:

Wow, you must have strong nails to grow them for 7 weeks until one breaks. That sucks that one did break, though.

I have weak nails as it is, and then I go to work, and they get caught on everything. It's always easy to tell when I'm not getting many hours at work 'cause my nails have grown a tiny bit.

Hopefully you have luck in growing them out again!

I've heard that too. And Calcium.
Personally i've never taken a vitamin pill in my life. I eat junk and smoke too much. Never exercise and stay up late every night. :bbeek:

I guess i'm just blessed with naturally fast growing and strong nails. And for Me to break one is very rare. Unless i hit it on something dead straight. Which is what happened at work.

I know I'll have the hardest time growing my out to look decent with a manicure for my wedding. I usually have them very very short because they get in the way!

I'm jealous you can grow your nails that long. Mine break so easily so acrylics. I'm also jealous that you didn't freak out...I would have had a :cloppy:!

Lol. When I broke a nail and told Greg that I had to cut all of them down to the length of the broken one, he couldn't understand why that was necessary (this coming from a guy who doesn't let his fingernails grow, though I've never seen him bite them!)

I've heard that if you tap your nails on something then it stimulates the growth. *tapping* on the keyboard... hey, it's worth a try.
