Never a truer word said in jest.

A Womans work is never done. Went into work this morning to find out half the staff were either on Holiday, Off Sick or just couldn't be bothered to show up. So instead of My normal Eight Rooms (All of which are Bigger than the ground Floor of My House) I had to clean Twenty Four of them! :bbeek:
I swear blind The Rolling Stones had stayed in Five of them because they were totally trashed. And One Woman is such a Messy Cow i refused to Vacuum Her Room because there was too much stuff on the Floor. We're not allowed to move Luggage / Laundry thrown everywhere / Laptops left in the middle of the room. So hopefully when She leaves Tomorrow i can get in there and do it properly.
We are not personal slaves.

Then when i get Home it's onto the Chores. Which is like a Busmans Holiday to Me.
Change the Bed, Clean the Bathroom, Pick up after FH, Vacuum the Carpet, Wash the Kitchen Floor, Wash Up the Dishes, Do Laundry, Dust and Polish.
Is there any end to it?

Then out to the Garden to have a bit of a sit down and a Cigarette and end up sorting out Two Sheds, Mowing the Lawn, Stripping Copper for the Scrap Yard (Don't ask LOL) Movng rubble and getting the Rubbish (Trash) out ready for the collection at Stupid-AM Tomorrow Morning.

All i want to do is sit down with a Cup of Tea. Surf the net a bit, Multi-Task watching the TV. Then have a bit of a Kip and wake up sometime Next Wednesday. But Oh No. Gotta do it all again Tomorrow :bbeek:

If there is such a thing as reincarnation. I'm coming back as a MAN

Why not? They seem to enjoy it so much, we just MUST be missing out on something good LOL

Its almost like they forget they're there so they have to "check":ooh:

Lol I'm with you Mitch I never feel like I do anything...but if I were to write it all down it would probably be pretty lengthy...sad thing is I dont own a house, or a yard, anything that would suggest constant repetitive chores but its still there.

What you never seeen a monkey at the zoo, they scratch everything. At least that's what Darwin's theory said.:D
But the real reason, is we're no better then you women adjusting your goods in your bras.

When FH adjusts himself in a non descret way I grab ahold of my girls and adjust them real good! NORMALY girls are adjusting their bras, not their actual boobs! :bbeek:

I was looking at out to-do lists for the next few weeks and mine in considerably larger then his!!! A womens work is never done....

haha, I do that to FH too, although he's very good about NOT adjusting in public, if he does it at home and I see it, I'll adjust the girls lol or act like I'm gonna scratch my butt, spit & hike up my pants:rofl:

the first time he was like :bbeek: What!? are you doing....I nonchalantly replied, "getting adjusted:winktongue:" then he miraculously became a little more modest about his "adjustments".

Ahh the story of my life. I'm on strike this afternoon> I refuse to do any work. DH is out with his buddies at the firehouse right now. So, the house work is goign to wait. Baby is down for a nap and for one hour straight I am not going to do anything but play around on the computer. It's like a vacation!

I hear ya Ikkin! I don't have any kids nor do I have to do house work, but my dad does it most days, yes I still live at home:grinhappy: so on the weekends I try and do a good cleaning job; ie, sweeping, mopping, dusting, washing/drying/folding/putting away clothes, any and all dishes. Thourghly clean the kitchen, vaccumn the furniture, etc. but some weekends I just feel like sittin on my butt (with everyone else!) and doing a big fat nothing. But then Im outta sink for the rest of the week b/c I didn't get my "clean start".
Oh well six of one half a dozen of the other.:grinhappy:

I dare any of you ladies to carry your twins in your jeans, and then see why we always have to adjust.

FACT: That's why Mickey Mouse has such a high pitched voice, he hasn't adusted them yet.
