someone please tell me what spam is so that i can keep it out of my venting sessions? i know this sounds funny to some but as i said before this posting is new for me!!!

Spam is advertising my dear! So unless you start selling something in your posts, you will be just fine! Spaming is hitting all the areas of the forums. Or even sometimes spaming would be posting the same topic every where!

Yeah, just everyday conversation, vents and such are not spam. It is only spam when people reply to posts trying to sell or promote themselves ... or like Shawna said, post all over the place about what they do. So don't worry, just be courteous and respectful and you should be fine. We can talk about weddings, vents and all sorts of stuff ;)
