Flower Choices- your thoughts?

Hey- I'm getting married in August, early August. We're not sure about our flower choices. I know I'm carrying yellow roses. a bunch of them in a nice clean bouqet. But... idk what to have my bridesmaids carry, or for center pieces. I wst hinkning make of roses but they are expensive. I was thinking of something different, something elegant. Maybe summery. A lilly maybe or... something. I live in NY so maybe something native. Any ideas? I'm worried I'll be picking dandilions on the day of my wedding and shoving them in my bridesmaids hands! My brides maids have baige dresses. So they are muted colors. The reception hall is a HORRIBLE rustic theme and I'd like to brighten it. I was thinking red and yellow roses but that could be hard with any other kind of flower. And I'm also looking for ideas. Like something different. maybe... floating in water. Different vaces. Something low or high.... ideas!

I think white roses for your bridemaids and a mix of white and yellow for your centerpieces.

To save a bunch of money you can alway buy silk roses instead of the real thing.

Call a few local florist and get a price estimate and set an appointment to view design options. Florist usually have a huge book of past flower arrangements they have done.
