Redneck Wedding?

My daughter, the conissuer of all things wedding stumbled on this show on CMT. People are trying to "oudo" each other in redneck wedding ideas. They even now have a The Biggest Redneck Wedding.

Secretly, watching this makes me feel a little better about my own haphazard wedding. :D

So far I've seen two beer can archways, a couple cammoflage dresses, groomsmen in cammo hunting gear, beer can centerpieces, a pink rifle, wild boar dinner (twice) cammo bridesmaids, or bridesmaids in short denim skirts and boots, a bride who lost her false teeth the morning of the wedding, quite a few muddy brides, one marriage in a mud bog, one in a mud pit, a reception in a mud bog, a flea market reception.........yeah its all fun.

I've never seen the show but heard the same thing, that it was funny. It's all for entertainment!

FH was watching this the other day and was telling me about it. We both agreed on who out of our friends was likely to have the most redneck wedding.

I think it's funny. Someone gave my fh the idea to do a redneck groom's cake--a masterpiece of twinkies, ding dongs, and other horrible stuff. Whatever. I don't care!

haha my fh is kind of a redneck so all of our friends joke that we should go on that show. you've gotta be kidding me though, these weddings are ridiculous. there was one where a brother and sister got married (they were only legally related, one was adopted, but still weird to me.)

You forgot the one with the Grooms men wearing John Deere tshirts as wedding gear! -I think it was on the same one with the bride loosing her teeth... and were they getting married in the back of a liquor store?
