I think that it was Kacie that came up with the idea of a recipe exchange. I saw a few people interested in it in the Fun Stuff Exchange thread, so I thought that it might be good to do this. That way, you cna look up your buddy and just make sure that the recipes you're sending are at all useable by them.
For anyone with food allergies or dietary needs, state them here:
I'm Vegetarian. I don't eat any meat (that includes chicken and fish) and nothing with Gelatin in it.

No food allergies here!
And Im not too picky about what I eat, but I dont like recipes that take forever to make. I end up snacking while Im cooking and then when its finally ready, Im not hungry and since I dont eat, everyone thinks I may have poisoned them!

I don't eat dairy except yogurt and sour cream or any types of red meats or pork. Oh, and no mayonnnaise or mayo like products.

Nothing Aquatic. Meaning fish, shell fish, etc. If it came from the Sea its not for Me. I also only eat turkey and chicken, and can't have anything like mousse or cream cheese.

I think I pretty much like everything too. But like Brewsells, I don't think any recipe could get me to eat liver.

Usually here they are called "Calf Fries". My dad used to fry them up ALL the time when I was growing up. I havent had them in ages! I know they are NOT for everybody. I cant get Brian to try them either.
If it makes yall feel better, they are cut off way before they ever start actually "producing" anything! Season them, batter them, fry them and dip them in ranch dressing!!!!

I'll try anything once...or at least I would, if I wasn't allergic to almost everything.
I can't have Milk or any milk-product.
I can't have anything whole wheat (so much for being healthy).
I can't have much of anything that was created through a process of mold; i.e. yogurts, sour cream, large amounts of bread, etc.
I can't have anything with caffiene, which limits my chocolate intake (although I do indulge myself on something little now and then).
I have to stay away from fried stuff for the most part; especially deep fried.
I can't have a large amount of beans, tomatoes, or citrus.
You guys dizzy yet? You see, along with my intolerances, I also have ARD, so I have to watch pretty much everything I eat. I would eat ANYTHING (honestly, I've tried octopus once! It still had the puckers on it and everything...kind of chewy). My only rule is: "If it's still moving, I won't eat it." Now don't get me wrong, I wouldn't be too keen on eating somethings that are considered delicacies in other countries (not big on bugs or dogs or cats) but if it's offered to me and I'm going to offend someone by turning it down, well then...yum yum!
I'd love to try different recipes; our same old spiced chicken and rice is getting really old and there's only so many different things you can do with hamburger. My problem runs into a money factor; chicken and burger is relatively cheap and you can prepare it without buying tons of other stuff. Someday, I'd like to have the money to cook whatever I want, but right now, I keep it to the basics.

OK first off, OMG Cindy that is NASTY :p ;)
I am not a fan if most thing aquatic either, but I will eat shrimp on occasion. I have been told I am kind of picky  I don't like tomatoes, the chunky stuff I guess, I like stuff that has tomato in it, like spaghetti and such but if it has chunky tomatoes in it I will pick it out. But I don't like raw tomatoes at all. I am also not big on vegetables ... I like broccoli, carrots and green beans, corn on occasion and that is about it. I do like meat (sorry Carrie) but usually only Beef, Chicken or Turkey ... not a big fan of Pork; but I will eat ham, I know weird ;)
I don't really like to cook so I prefer things that don't take forever to make. Lets see, I am also trying to eat less salt.
So are we still trying to send recipes to each other or are we just going to post them here?

souse meat or head cheese is the pigs head boiled and pressed down. It comes in a loaf at the butcher's and you it it with saltine crackers and/or cheese. or bread. I don't think you can get it anywhere but in the sout, maybe texas but I didn't see any whenn I lived there. There are 2 kinds. The red that's VERY hot and grey it's mild.

Well Carrie this wasn't my idea, I think actually it was Heather's, but it is a good idea. About the mountain oysters, I wont go there either. But unlike a lot of you here, I love seafood. If it comes from the sea I want it!!!! I love fish, shrimp, lobster, (no oysters though), calamari, and the list goes on. I am also a big fan of Cajun food!!!!! Keep in mind that I live pretty close to the Lousiana/Texas border. My all time favorite food would have to be boiled crawfish! I love my mud bugs!
