Ok so heres the story. We moved into our new house in the winter and there was a huge mound of dirt on the road infront of our house. Most likely our top soil for our front yard. Today one of our a-hole neighbors brings a back hoe in and *kindly* removes it for us! The fact of the matter is that we were going to shovel it onto our fricken yard very soon!! So the a-hole has now taken away our soil and we will most likely have to pay to have some brought in. I am literally shaking with anger!! I am that p.o.ed! Ok buddy don;t you think you shoulda knocked on my door and asked me if we had a plan for it?? Jerk off!! Gawd! I hate neighbors sometimes! Sorry just needed to vent before I kill someone!!! And yes I can understand that it was annoying for it to be there but they had NO RIGHT TO MOVE IT! We have things we need to do as well. There has been only two weekends in which we could have done it and we have been too FRIGGEN BUSY!! I am VERY upset!!!

If I were you I would calm down some first and then either you or your husband should go talk to him. In reality he should have to pay for it. I mean if he had a problem with it being there he should have come and asked you before he took matters into his own hands.

I hate it when people do somthing trying to help me but they arn't helping me at all. Makes me crazy because i want to get mad at them but i can't because i know they were trying to help.
Anyways... You're neighbore definatly should have come to talk to you about it before he removed it for you. Have Matt talk to him about it.
Hope it all works out.

Yeah I am sure the guy probably thought he was helping, but I can see why you would be ticked ... he should have asked you first.
I assume you have already talked to him about it ... I hope you guys did it calmly and did not start a war ;) If you haven't yet, you should have Matt talk to him or even both of you. I hope it all works out for you.

Well apparently our "kind" neighbor thought he was doing us a favor! I think we are going to let it slide as the builder came by today and left a note stuck in our door that they will be starting to take care of the things they need to! Finally! I just hope there are no future problems with this neighbor!!

Do a favour and mow my lawn and shovel my snow.
Don't do me a favour and move my dirt pile!
lol.
