Stacy and Steve's wedding!!

OH hey, look guys, i'm making a journal! I figured now would be the time.. I don't want to forget everything!!

The day before the wedding, we checked into Holiday inn.. Again.. THANK YOU SO MUCH KIRBY! Without her help, we wouldn't have been able to get such an awesome rate on our hotel.. It was $45 a NIGHT. Awesome. Anyway, we went out to greek town to eat (Down town Detroit) and get a pastry before heading back... We didn't realize there was a game though, and got kind of stuck, lol. Not a great place to be stuck in!! Lets just say, all our doors were locked..
Anyway, we finally make it back and realize we only had 10 min before the pool closed.. Heck no we weren't gunna let that happen! I've never seen girls get bathing suits on so fast.. Heh. So we RAN down the hall and jumped into the hot tube.. OMG it was so funny. It was the most violent hot tube ever. I felt like i was in a stew, the water was jumping so high. XD We all had a laugh out of it.
We finally got out right before we were going to get kicked out and went back upstairs.. Well, surprisingly, that king size bed fit 4 out of the 5 girls in the room. Dani is tiny and offered to put chairs together and sleep.. She ended up being comfortable. Shes a weird sleeper though. heh. We didn't go to bed till after 1am, though.. We were being stupid and looking up youtube videos..
The next morning, we got up at 8am, and had to be at the hairplace by 9.. Needless to say, we rushed around. Luckily, we got the hotel to be close by the hair place (Bomba Shack) and were able to make it on time. When we got there, we were greeted by breakfest.

After our hair was done, we went over to the Grecian Center to get dressed and get photos done. My cousin also came buy and did my makeup, because she is awesome... While we were getting ready our photographer kept jumping in and out of the area (we got dressed in a cosession stand, lol) to steal stuff like my rings and dress and take pictures. We also said hi to the kids and talked to them about what to do.. It was super cute. It was at this point i realized I FORGOT THE PETALS! What was my flower girl going to cutely toss down the isle?! After internally freaking, a requested one of my BM (Kelly) to go get some of the over abunance of cranes we had.. We tossed it in the basket, and off she went!! It ended up being cuter in the end, i think...
Finally, it was GO TIME. I still wasn't scared or nervous. I was pretty calm, though i remember shaking. We actually did everything we were suppose to as well! I'm proud of Steve and Uncle Howard! *^^* It was a lot to remember..

It was super SUPER cute when Barb (our officant) asked for the rings.. the little boy closest to Steve held up his pillow and said 'here you go!' XD So she took both their pillows so they wouldn't be offended! LOL Everyone got a good giggle out of that, i think.

There were a few glitches at the begining at the reception. For one, things were running a bit late, since our cello ladies string broke and she was trying to fix it.. And it didn't happen. Its all good though, can't fault the girl for trying! But when we got to the reception... THERE WASN'T ENOUGH CHAIRS!! And the director lady was trying to make people sepreate their familes for seats.. Uhhh.. NO you put out another table. My aunt and mom kind of quietly got into it with her and she finally put out another table.. But not before some people left.
ALSO.. People who TOLD my mom personally they weren't coming.. SHOWED UP.. So there almost wasn't enough cake.. I let them cut the top part. I wasn't into eating old cake, anyway. lol She also forgot to put out the champage on every table like his mom wanted.. And asked her personally to do. She also tried to tell me that 130 people showed up.. Uhh.. Not really. More like 110.. Maybe. Anyway, she told me after the reception that since she forgot to put out the champage, she'll use that toward the extra people and i don't have to pay any extra.. Uhh.. Sorry to tell you, i wasn't going to pay you extra anyway. =P So she made a good $100 from that. She also told us to cake the cake.. And then.. Walked away. We were all like 'uhh..' till we just took it upon ourselves to do it. Oh well, least you can't tell from the pictures... I hope!
It wasn't all bad though! Just a bit stressful in the begining.. Everyone told me they had a good time and that it wasn't a big deal, though i did appoligise to them for not having enough tables... We had fun being dorky..

We then went back to the hotel with friends and opened presents and cards so i could get them in order and make a list of who got what so it'd be easier to write thank yous when we get back... Which we are doing tomorrow.
We ended up going to red robin to eat dinner, and realized we didn't have any normal walking shoes in the process! Therefore, this is how we ended up..
