Well I was just stating some helpful hints ... I would guess not many people understand how to conduct themselves on a forum like this and many don't seem to know exactly what is spam. We seem to be getting alot of it lately.

I agree that it should be in the announcement and opportunities section, however I don't think she was intentionally spamming anyone. She put it in the vendor chat section so she was assummed that was the right place to put it.
