ok, not so much wedding stuff...though we are doing pretty good there. But FH and I are moving first week in Sept. into an apt. together. FMIL said as a wedding gift we can pick living room furniture or a washer and dryer. We went with furniture but she said if there is money left over we can get a washer and dryer. I had no idea the 'budget' until I asked FH. $3,500 :bbeek: So we found the furniture we want and money left over for a washer and dryer!! We need to order it all yet.
Then today FH sends me a text message about how we have said it would be nice to have a king size bed. He has a queen we were planning on using but we both like our space. Well his uncle said we could have his $2200 King size bed that is being stored at their shop! His wife had back problems and I think they went through 2 or 3 beds before getting one they liked. They bought this one and only used it 4-6 months before getting a new one! It's all wrapped in plastic so it's still in like new shape. We just need to make sure it will fit in our room lol.
FMIL sent me a photo of the flower girl dress. It was a dress that FH's cousin had worn in another wedding awhile back. We will change the sash on it to a different color. But, it's free and we are done with that. So we don't have to go looking for a dress for the flower girl.
Now if I could only find my dress. :bbeek: I need to get booking on that. I just want to get moved then focus on nothing but dress. I may go to a shop this weekend to look.
