I got spoiled yesterday!

And not by DH lol. One of my best friends is here visiting from Australia. She always brings clothes for the kids and never has much room for her own clothes. Her summer is ending as ours is starting so she gets alot of stuff on clearance.

Well she took me out yesterday and let me get some clothes. We went to Gap and Old Navy, Big Dogs ( gotta love those big dog shirts ), and Kohl's. I got like 6 new pairs of pants and enough shirts to mix and match with them all. I even got a new pair of black boots. ( I am a jeans, t-shirt, and boots kinda girl ) I also got 2 belts and a big dogs tote bag. I would never spend $25 to $50 on a pair of pants for me. I always look for sales and clearances. I tend to spend my money on my kids and not myself. And with school starting up that is where our money went. I was excited and she was happy to do it for me. NowI just need to get my hair cut like I want and I will be all set.

Then last night we went to dinner. Me and my 4 best friends in the world. The only time we can do this is when Suze is here. The rest of them live right here in NH but we are spread out so we are never all together at once. It is not like they are all best friends but they are all MY best friends so they made sure we could all get together for me. It was great. Also Thursday night Suze and I are going to a Montgomery Gentrey concert. I so can not wait. I hope to get my hair cut before that.

My kids were not happy that I left them last night but it is only because I never do. If I do anything it is when the older two are at their dads for the weekend. I am always here with thenor they go with us where ever we go.

So I have had my fun and it wont happen again for a while.

I found a place on line where I was able to choose my face shape and hair lenth and thickness and what not and it gave me a 3D image of what I was looking for. I was able to print it but I can't save the picture to my computer.

I have found a few pictures of an idea of what I want. I want a layered look that is easy to manage. A wash and go kinda style. I don't do much with my hair. Right now it is about the middle of my back ( all one lenth ) and all I do it put it up. Usualy in a pony tale. It drives me crazy right now. I have to wait until next week ( maybe Thursday ) to get it done.

Glad you had such a good day! Getting your hair cut would really help to complete all of your new outfits! You deserve some time to yourself and with some good friends and it's good that you got it.

I just found out that my daughters first soccer practice is also Thursday night. I have to figure that one out. I am still going to the concert.

It's not really lol. I am going to the concert. I will be at every other one of her practices and games. I never miss one. So the first is not so bad. Just a matter of making sure my husband has a way to get the kids there and back. He has all 3. I would love to se ehim try to take care of all 3 going some place where the baby is going to want to run around and every thing. My son will want to play on the playground and my daughter will be practicing. I would love to see him deal with what I do every day all day lol.

So I got my hair cut yeah!!!!!!!!

Here is what it looks like. I also got new glasses last week. My old ones broke. SOme don't like my glasses because of the shape of them. But they are different and I like them.

I so don't like pictures of myself. I took this one of myself so it is worse then usual. But you see my hair. It was down the middle of my back and all one lenth. It feels SO much lighter. My daughter got her cut too.

It shouldn't be a problem when it's only a practice. Now if it was a game during the final tournament ...... then I would have a problem missing a game but ahhhhh but not if Dad is there instead LOL

I'm gonna have My Hair dyed Black within the next couple of weeks to see how "Dead" i'm gonna look for the Wedding :rofl:

I haven't had Black hair for Years and FH has never seen it. So it will be a challenge hehehe.

I can imagine the difference in the weight if Your Hair was that much longer before the cut. When i cut (Or should say "Hacked") all mine off back to the Grey. Everytime i put a coat on i would try and flick My hair back out of the collar and find it wasn't there. :bbeek:

Thank you both. Yes the hair is so much lghter now. I love it though. It looks awsome when I mouse it an then let it air dry. It is so cool looking that way.

Yes I would not have every missed a game but seeing that it was only a practice and only her and another one of ther team mates was able to make it I didn't feel so bad.
