Hi, everybody! We're back from our wonderful road trip to Canada. I'd have to say that my favorite site was Niagara Falls. The waterfalls were beautiful and the Butterfly Conservatory was amazing. I have to admit, I didn't really like the butterflies touching me as they flew around, and I was a little freaked out when one landed on my shoulder and head, heheh, but I got through it. There were so many beautiful butterflies flying around and landing on people. They didn't fly away when you got up really close to them. One landed on our camera when Chris was taking a picture! Butterfly lovers...Elizabeth :-), if you haven't been there, you gotta go there!

We had a great trip and first wedding anniversary. Can't wait for our second anniversary; we plan on going to Hot Springs, Arkansas (it is our first vacation together). :)

Cool pics (and a lot of them look so familiar :))!

I haven't been the Niagara butterfly conservatory but there is a show here every year at our botanical gardens and we always head to that.

I saw a sign for Arahova Souvlaki - did you eat there? The souvlaki there is fantastic! Where did you end up having your anniversary dinner?

We ate at Deli Twelve for our anniversary lunch. Old Montreal was so neat. And Mont Tremblant was beautiful. We watched deer and hummingbirds in the backyard of our B&B. Our hosts were very nice. The first night we were there, the other guests spoke French; it was fun to listen to them. They didn't talk to us at all during breakfast, but when we left, one of them said to have a nice day and I said Au Revoir. :) I like Canadians...they are better drivers than Americans! LOL! I want to go back!

Yes, I noticed that, but I liked it because I too drive fast and cut off people that drive slow in the fast lane, etc. I like fast-paced. It's both ways here, slow and fast driving. Guess you could say I'm an impatient driver. I'm trying my best to be more patient with drivers, but sometimes they can be so stupid!

PS Do you mean boob like breast? :bbeek: :D
