And we still have no idea what to name him! LOL!
Meet the new addition to our family, [name inserted here]! He's a 10-week-old black&tan beagle. He's loud and smart and whiny and SO FREAKING CUTE!

Oh my, he's adorable!! You could name him Guiness, or Porter, or Stout! Or Yuenging! LOL. I was just reminded of the black and tan beers! :D

Awww, he is cute. I've always liked the name Toby for a dog, but it's pretty common. Or else, of the other suggested names, I like Porter and Nelson.
You can name him Kodak :happy: What's yer favorite camera brand? Would it work for a name?

As in Obi Wan Kenobi. LOL! Gotta love my nerd hubby. Though, Obi suits him very well...he's a big dork, too! :grinhappy: I love it! And it sounds good when you say "Obi and Moxie" together. Heh.
As far as Moxie...she's still terrified of him. Hehe! She runs from him and must think he's just some little rat or something. Too funny because he'll corner her. Heheh!
She did get playful this morning with him and started to chase him around, but it scared him and he started yelping...so that, in turn, scared HER, and now she's back to just running away. LOLOL

What a cute name! I love puppies! Did you see the post of our new puppy Dasie? Our 65 pound dog dog didn't want anything to do with her. LOL They are the best if friends now after having her in the house for 3 weeks she probably figured she isn't going anywhere. We get wrestle mania in the house all the time.

He does!! We went to the pet store with him last night and someone asked me if he was a weiner dog. After that, I really started thinking he does!
But he's full blood beagle - we even have his papers. LOL (Not that that matters...he's getting neutered asap!)

Dunno about the name though. If he had some white in him, you could have named him Underdog, since that was a beagle too. But then you'd need a cat... and name it Overcat :p

Tango he's sooooooo cute! I like the name ya'll picked....we try to come up with original names too.
I named our dog Grover (like the blue muppet) but turned out she is a girl but by then Grover had stuck:grinhappy:
He does look a little like a daschund but I think most beagles when they are tiny puppies favor them.
Congratulations on your new Fur baby though!

I thought for sure he was a dachshund until I read your post! He's SO CUTE!!!!!!!!!!!!! Obi is a great name :) Beagles are a joy. I miss mine :(

Oh we WILL be getting a dog sometime after we are in the new house .... the toss up is between the kind that I want (a beagle) and the kind that DH wants (a retriever) LOL

He is very cute!!! DH and I are wanting to adopt/rescue a 9 month old Yorkshire Terrier. I wanted a younger puppy but they can sell anywhere from $500-$1800, and even way higher for show Yorkies! So in order to get one we can afford, we need to adopt/rescue one, which is fine with us.
If we get the male we want to get he has a temp. name of Zeke, but we want to name him Wrigley :) silly Cubs fans haha...ANYWAYS back to your dog lol
Good Luck with the dog, he is just too adorable!
