I'm alone in the apartment, and all of a sudden I hear my cabinets banging. Our kitchen has cabinets going all around. Well, I go to investigate, and my cat Eddo walks out of the kitchen so I figured it was him. The banging continued. I look up and out walks Spencer's cat Sandles- onto the refridgerator! Yep, he was in the cabinets above the refridgerator, cabinet door closed and all!
Uh oh, I hear the dryer banging. Wonder which one's getting his fur all over my clothes.
What crazy things have your animals done?
:ETA: Sorry, I guess smileys don't work in the titles.

*haha* That is funny; I wonder how they got in there?!
My ex and I had a ferret and it used to get into the cabinets and sneek around; we had a bell collar on him so we'd know where he was.
Enzo and Roxy (my dogs now) have gotten into the trash and stolen things off my desk before, but that is about it.

Our ferret does the same thing, only he can't get back out! We have to rescue him and then he goes right back into another one.

It's not crazy but horribly frustrating - DH's cat likes to hide in dark, closed spaces and she likes my clothes closet best. The hems of my dresses, skirts and dress pants are covered in kitty fur!
Once I discovered her hiding spot, I started putting elastic bands across the door handles to prevent her from opening the doors. She wasn't about to let that stop her though.
It happened several times - we realized that we haven't noticed her around and so, DH goes hunting for her and calling her "psssst pssst psssst".
A faint meow ... meow ... meow ... could be heard from some place but where? The #$%*(&%$%#$ rat figured out that if she pushed on the closet doors hard enough, they would give way and she could get inside. BUT - she couldn't get out!
Not to be out foxed by an old cat, I put wood wedges at the bottom of my closet doors. There isn't any way she can get in there now!

Haha, that is funny. I don't have my own cats yet, unfortunately. My sister's cat is hilarious, though. He loves those fake mice with colored fur on them. He used to put them in the toilet so that he could fish them out and then he'd leave them on the carpet, which would stain it. So my sister closes the lid now. He also somehow gets the mice under her pillow as she sleeps, she calls him the mouse fairy, haha.

Haha! My cat Alex loves the small furry mouse too! She will put it in her water bowl, I think to show the mouse her water (she loves to play in the water). She will carry that mouse in her mouth and toss it and chase it herself. My other cat Joe will just look at her like WTF, weirdo, lol.
When Alex was a kitten she used to steal my oversized thumbtacks from my corkboard by my desk. She would carry those in her mouth and hide them everywhere! I used to find them in my bed all the time, ouch! I finally got flat ones she couldn't take out, but it took me a while, I really needed all the stuff up there for a reason!

Jasmin will climb onto the sink or onto the bedside table, and start throwing things off... Got really frustrating when she threw off a cup full of ice water right onto the bed.
Otherwise, sometimes when I open a dresser, she will climb into one of the drawers and when try to climb in between them... silly furball.

Sandles likes to do that too. Last night I watched him literally look at my pack of cigarettes sitting on the chair, out of his way, lift his paw and smack them off.

While watching a scary movie that DH loves and begged me to watch the cat scared me. There were a few scary parts and things had happened. Then one part where a rocking chair was rocking on it's own and at the same time one of my cats moved the bathroom door and it creeked and freaked me out. I stopped watching the movie and have never continued it and that was a while ago lol. Gotta love animals.

my dog locks himself in the bathroom lol
We usually keep it closed so he would push it open with his paw and walks in and it closes half way on him. He thinks if he pushes more with his paw that it would open but close instead.
Its so funny when I walk around the house looking for him and he is sitting in the bathroom
