I love Samantha Brown even though she's on about 23 hours a day now. I just saw the episode where she's in Hawaii, scoping out the best places to do everything.

I went to Hawaii with my orchestra in high school and loved it, but never really wanted to honeymoon there, I know it's cliche. We were thinking of getting out of this country. But I can see why people do it. Relaxing at an all-inclusive resort all day? YES!

Anyway, so she went to this fabulous place called the Halekulani Hotel.

They have a "romance" package for 4 nights which includes breakfast buffets, dinners, free tickets to local shows and attractions, and chocolate fondue for 2! Also, it has rave reviews.

Check it out and you'll see why I'm instantly in love:

But yeah, it's pricey (why do I always fall for pricey?): $2300-2600 for the 4 nights. And getting to Hawaii from PA? Ugh, the prices.

Anyway we probably won't be doing this, but look at the pics and drool with me ;)

Ahhhh.... beautiful, all of them!

FH and I first went to Hawaii (Kauai) in 2004 and we fell in love. We stayed 10 days, and mourned it for about a year after we came back!

We are returning for our honeymoon for 13 days and 12 nights to a private 2 bedroom condo on the beach in Hanalai (Kauai) and can't wait. There's a reason it's such a popular honeymoon destination.... it's absolutely gorgeous, and peaceful, and so romantic.

*sigh*:D

I want to go now!

That place looks amazing!! We just got back from our Hawaii-on-the-cheap honeymoon - we rented a condo on the North Shore of Oahu for less than $1000 for the week - and since we were in a sleepy little town (with zero restaurants) we had the place completely to ourselves. We cooked meals in our condo and spent days all by ourselves on this beach - literally just steps out our front door:
