Hi everyone, just wanted to give you an update on our new apartment. We are finally moved in, took about 2.5 days to move everything. Chris and I have been hurting from lifting everything, but we are feeling better. We took a little swim today and we've been arranging the furniture, etc. We really like our new place. The only thing I don't like is that we live right by train tracks, so we hear the train often, but it doesn't blow the horn, thank goodness! Also, our apartment is mostly brick, so it's pretty quiet compared to being outside, when the train passes by. Haven't met our neighbors yet, but I would like to. It's very peaceful here.
My birthday was great...I got a new apartment, lots of birthday wishes from family and friends, and some nice gifts. Chris took me to my favorite French restaurant, La Madeleine.
I was off today; I really don't want to go back to work tomorrow! Only 10 days until vacation, wuhoooooooooooo!!!!
